I always felt so badly in the early years of her “Princess-ship” that she had to endure “The Business” as the Royals called their family. In the last few years of her life, this compassionate brave woman found her own place in the world and went about the real business of helping those in need, esp children. I remember her last project, walking amongst the bomb-riddled landscape of Bosnia, not a place for a princess at all but definitely her place. I remember her holding a crying mother as her starving child died in her arms, and Diana spotted a cameraman taking the picture and gently but firmly pushed aside his camera. That is so sweet! I remember turning on the TV and reading the headline. I watched the televised funeral. It was really a sad time. Beautiful woman with great sense of style.

I will never forget receiving the news via TV news. I was in a hotel at a business conference, and I literally felt sick inside. She was such a beautiful person and I think everyone lost a bit that day, when she passed away. RIP Princess!
